Caroline Argall is the third child of the current head of Rexing Property and ex-wife of Heirson Health Products CEO Tyson Turner. She is currently engaged in a tumultuous battle for heir to Rexing Property and has resorted to underhanded tactics such as having her brother, Tessa Argall, imprisoned for embezzlement and making deals with board members in exchange for their support. Caroline is fairly close to the Choi family, particularly Jun Choi, whom she considers like a son after growing up with his mother. When Jun is accused of murdering Edwin Burke and Jade Burke, adoptive parents of Jun's fiancée, Irene Burke, Caroline seeks out the Main Character to defend him.[1][2]
Story
In reality, however, Caroline has been using Irene as a tool to suit her own ends since she was a child. She gave Irene to Edwin in exchange for Edwin's support in her bid for CEO,[4] then she repeated the maneuver when she introduced Irene to Jun Choi under the same conditions.[5] Caroline expected that despite these maneuvers, she would have time to make things up to Irene after becoming Rexing's CEO. Unfortunately, Irene had long since been twisted by Edwin Burke's consistent abuse, a situation Caroline never knew of due to lack of concern for Irene, which went as far as dismissing Irene's request to come home as an insignificant bother. Due to this, Irene's murder of her adoptive parents was designed in part as vengeance against Caroline, as she planned to frame Jun Choi, which would make it certain that Caroline would lose her opportunity to become CEO.[6]
After Jun was jailed for a separate crime, Rexing Property stripped Caroline of all duties and terminated her employment.[7]Organization(s)
