Summary

Marius details the very complicated relationship between the Argall family and the Choi family, believing Caroline Argall is intent on secretively helping Jun Choi because Jun can help her secure a position as Rexing Property's next CEO. Marius also theorizes the main character was selected for this role because Caroline wants a lawyer with a lot of public appeal but few connections to be her puppet, though he also worries their team may have been exposed.

When the two meet with Caroline, she flatters the MC heavily and assertively until Marius intervenes, asking her if she finds the act exhausting.
