Rexing Property is one of the most well-known real estate development companies. In addition to developing commercial real estate, they also develop high-end hotels, cultural tourism, chain department stores, and other businesses.

In recent years, they've rapidly expanded their business and increased their influence on the market. Many financial experts have predicted that they will eventually evolve into a large multi-industry group in the next few years. Some even claim that Rexing Property will become the next Pax Group.

One of Rexing's recent major projects is the ongoing renovation of North Stellis.[1]

Rexing Property is the legacy of the Argall family, whose patriarch leads the main company. Its subsidiaries are currently headed by his three children including Caroline Argall, Tessa Argall, and an unnamed older sister. A recent leadership dispute caused internal politics to destabilize; after an announcement that the current CEO would be naming an heir, Tessa Argall was in the lead for the position, which requires 50% of the Rexing Board's approval rating, until he was arrested for embezzlement with evidence so damning that it was believed it could only have come from an insider. Since Tessa's arrest, the CEO's treatment of Caroline Argall--who is believed to have turned her brother in--has dramatically soured, as the affair damaged Rexing's reputation and caused problems with partners. Caroline and her sister have been battling for the position since, with Caroline in the lead thanks to support from the Choi family, who were early investors in Rexing and currently own a 5% share.

Story[edit | edit source]

After the events of Episode 7: The Rain of Monte Cristo (Part 2), Jun Choi was imprisoned, and Caroline Argall was stripped of her responsibilities within the company and terminated from employment. The position of CEO presumably passed to Caroline's unnamed older sister, with another member of the Choi family likely taking over the family's seat on the board.
