Skye Harper is a nurse at Stellis Public Hospital. She has worked a very demanding contract position for at least a year prior to the events of Episode 9: Grey Frontier, unable to secure one of the competitive permanent full-time staff positions. Despite this, Nurse Harper claims a deep love of her job, and her work is noted to be thorough and diligent. One of her only complaints about the work is the frequent conflict between healthcare workers and their patients; her own left eye is a prosthetic that was necessary when a patient's family member, Gerard Boone, got into a physical altercation with her over accusations of medical neglect.

Nurse Harper was originally assigned to the pediatrics department, but she is frequently assigned to help different departments.

Story

Skye Harper admitted to the murder of both Tyson Turner and Gerard Boone's mother during their hospitalizations, revealing her beliefs that some people simply do not deserve to live due to the harm they cause others. She did so using an NXX-containing drug delivered to her by an anonymous sender known only as Oedipus. She was represented by Artem Wing at her murder trial and found guilty, though Artem's defense of her likely saved her from a death sentence.
