Jen Mendoza is Estelle Marino's secretary and assistant at Mode de Vénus. Jen has been Estelle's assistant for five years and previously worked alongside two other assistants, who were fired prior to the story.[4]
Jen is allergic to chocolate.[4]

Jen is a suspect in Estelle's murder due to Jen being one of the few people who possessed the liquor chocolates that poisoned Estelle.[4]
