General
Hugh Moss, also known as Huey, is the adoptive son of Jasmine Kenders. He is an orphan from Opaline Village who was diagnosed with autism.[1]
Story
Huey was an experimental research subject at Heirson Health Products' lab in Opaline Village. Vyn Richter discovered after testing him that he does not have autism, but rather has developed a defense mechanism of cold distance from others due to his ordeals. Eventually at the end of the story, he was able to smile as his mother's name and reputation was restored and he walked off with his new adoptive parents
