Divorce Property Settlement Agreement
The property settlement agreement signed when Brad Gries divorced Felicia Luo.
Both parties have now agreed on the divorce property settlement. The agreement is as follows:
(1) The man's joint share of the two properties, registered in the name of both the husband and the wife, will belong to the woman.
(2) The deposit in the woman's name remains unchanged. The man shall pay a lump sum payment of $1,520,000 to the woman for child support and medical expenses. This amount should be paid the next day after this agreement is signed.
(3) Other property belonging to each party, such as personal items and jewelry, shall be retained by the original party.
Clue(s)
Unreasonable Time for Committing Crime
- It's been a couple of months since Brad Gries left. It's unreasonable for Felicia Luo to retaliate when her daughter's health is deteriorating and her life is in danger.
Huge Divorce Settlement
- After the divorce, Brad Gries put their two properties in Felicia Luo's name and gave her a huge divorce settlement.
