Third Juvenile Correctional Facility

The Third Juvenile Correctional Facility is a detention facility for youths who have committed crimes. The facility had a poor reputation in the past, its previous director having created a culture in which physical punishment and bullying were common and considered acceptable. The current facility director, who took a demotion to help improve the lives of the facility's residents, changed the culture and fiercely defends those who are being mistreated if they are willing to report the behavior.[1][2]
