Investigation

Summary

Darius Morgan escorts the Main Character with Artem to examine the site of Brad Gries' death. The investigation shows that Brad appeared to have been living there for quite some time. The crime scene paints a sorrowful and desperate picture of Brad's last days. One theory the attorneys consider is that the victim may have been in the basement for seven days without water, so he may have died of thirst. Some papers collected in the basement indicates Brad's previous employer: Gladiolus Valley Research Center. Other points of interest include the fact that Brad had a large accidental death insurance policy, and the fact that he had recently signed up for organ donation and obtained a life sign monitor bracelet that could alert someone in case of his death.
