General[edit | edit source]

Giann von Hagen is Austin von Hagen's firstborn son and Marius' older brother. Giann was the CEO and heir to the Pax Group before Marius, as well as a former member of NXX Investigation Team who is currently missing.[2]

Giann became the Pax Group's CEO in 2026 and was praised in the business world. He had a good reputation for being talented, elegant, reliable, kind, and philanthropic.[3] In 2029, Giann was temporarily reassigned to a secret overseas project and stopped all public appearances. Despite his reassignment, Giann is still the official CEO of the Pax Group.[2] However, this reassignment hides the fact that Giann is currently missing. In Giann's stead, Marius manages the Pax Group and its operations.

After Marius took over the Pax Group in 2029, he created the Rising Talent Initiative[TL note 1] project led by Giann in name. Marius uses the good reputation of his elder brother to garner positive attention for the project when Marius is the one leading it.

Compared to his brother, Giann is described as less rational and too kind and honest.[4] Marius recounts a year of travel the two undertook together when he was six years old and Giann was sixteen, recalling that Giann was not fond of adventure and meticulously planned and researched the trip in a travel log in his protectiveness over his little brother.[5]

Giann owns a villa on the outskirts of Stellis, where he planted epiphyllums for his mother, Carenina Orinn.[6]
