Rio is a businessman from Svart. He accompanied Zallie in The Pluto auction, stating Zallie is his teacher in art appreciation and auction.[1]
When he was young, Rio was a street urchin who was able to escape a trafficker. He was then adopted by Zallie.
Rio is described as a tall, thin man with a ring on his left middle finger. He had a girlfriend named Lynne, who was also a street urchin, that was adopted by Zallie at the same time as him. Lynne wears the same ring on her right middle finger.
