Summary

Luke and the main character corner Joshua Ott when he emerges from an underground stream in a cave; Joshua seems devastated that the gold is not where his partner told him it was. As Joshua spins his deception about the gold, his phone rings, and Luke forces him to answer and put it on speaker so that all three of them can hear Bryce Thatcher shouting at Joshua to immediately come to the Temple of Death with the mask.
