Lab Report on the Chocolates
The police-issued lab report on the liquor chocolates confirms that they contain tetrodotoxin. Lifted fingerprints only belong to Estelle, Jen, or Marius.
Test Item: Wine Chocolates
Test Results: Contain small doses of low-purity tetrodotoxin. After consumption, the toxin has an incubation period of up to three hours.
Fingerprints: Three sets of fingerprints were collected on the chocolates and the packaging. They have been identified as belonging to Estelle Marino, Jen Mendoza, and Marius von Hagen.
Theory 1:
Taking into account Tetrodotoxin's incubation period and the time Estelle ate the chocolate during the banquet, the possibility of Marius being the one who poisoned the chocolates cannot be eliminated.
