In the living room, Artem is doing the daily training with Ollie.
Whenever Ollie successfully performs a command, Artem will reward her with snacks.
Just as their training is going very smoothly, Artem's projector phone on the table rings, alerting Artem of an incoming video call.
Artem nods at you, gesturing you to answer the call. The next second, you hear Celestine's crisp voice.
Celestine Taylor: Artem... oh, seems like life's different after being engaged, huh? Are you two spending your days off together?
You: Celestine?
Not far away, Ollie is sitting on the floor, her ears moving side to side, apparently recognizing her master's voice.
Without further delay, Artem carries Ollie over to sit by your side.
Artem: Ollie, look who it is.
Ollie: Woof!
As soon as Ollie sees Celestine, she digs her front paws into the sofa, almost as if she's going to jump at the projection.
Celestine Taylor: Artem, careful! Ollie's going to jump!
Artem: Ollie, sit.
Celestine Taylor: Oh my! Hurry and hold Ollie back! She's going to... Eh? ... She sat down?
Celestine Taylor: Why is my Ollie listening to you!?
Artem: Well, the results of daily training.
Celestine Taylor: ...
In the projection, Celestine is left speechless by Artem.
You: Celestine, don't be deceived by them. On the first day, Artem was struggling so much that he barely got out of bed.
Celestine Taylor: You've been staying together since then?
Artem: ...
Artem: Ahem, Celestine, are you not concerned about Ollie?

Artem adjusts the projection and points the camera at the empty space in front of the sofa, then walks over.

Ollie follows Artem to the empty space.

Ollie lies down.

Celestine looks astonished.
Celestine Taylor: Haha, Artem, will these commands work for you only? Or do they work for other people as well?
You look at Artem curiously.
Artem: Ollie's conditioned response has been formed. Theoretically, Ollie should respond to anyone's command.
With raised eyebrows, Celestine looks at you with interest.

You: Me?
You look at Artem, and he gives you an encouraging look, filling you with confidence.
You: Sure, lemme try!
You imitate Artem's actions and give Ollie a command.
You: Ollie, sit.
Ollie: Woof!
Hearing the command, Ollie runs happily over to you... then lays down by your leg.
You: Ugh... No, Ollie, that's down...
Artem sees this and passes some beef jerky to you, signaling for you to try again.
You: How about... Ollie, stand!
This time it works. Ollie stands up on her hind legs with enthusiasm.
With Artem's help, you use the beef jerky to guide Ollie with the commands.
You: I feel so accomplished!
You: (It's mostly thanks to Artem though.)
Celestine seems to have seen enough of the show and shows a satisfied expression.
Celestine Taylor: Artem, you're incredible!
Artem: ...
Before Artem can respond, Celestine hangs up the video call.
You: It seems Celestine is relieved that she asked you to take care of Ollie.
Artem looks at you with a hint of helplessness in his eyes.
Artem: Well... I don't believe that's the only thing she's relieved about.
You think back to the last thing Celestine said.
You: As expected of Celestine.
