Lowe Lear is a doctor in Heirson Medical Center. He took charge of VIP customers' medical services. He was first mentioned as someone who is related to Heirson's purchasing of special materials.[1]

Lowe is described as an intelligent individual. He has a skinny frame and despite having a "considerably handsome face", his face has a "sickly pallor, giving him a gloom and cold aura".[2]

Lowe is an "unregistered" citizen, which means that Lowe is not registered in Stellis' household registration database.[3]

Lowe was taken in by Laura Lear as a child. He describes her as someone who saved him from hell, and who gave him a name and a home. The siblings lived in North Stellis in a shabby home, but despite this, he describes his life with her as the happiest moment of his life.[4]

To help Lowe register as permanent local resident, Laura had to seek help from Tyson Turner. It was Tyson Turner who offered Lowe a job in Heirson Medical Center. In 2026, the siblings moved out of North Stellis and Lowe started working in Heirson Medical Center. [5]

Story

Tyson Turner put Lowe Lear in Heirson Medical Center as a scapegoat. Lowe found out about the illegal human experiment activities conducted by Heirson Medical Center on its VIP clients, which proved his potential to Tyson Turner. Thus, Tyson Turner tried recruiting Lowe into joining Opaline River Laboratory to develop immortality drug, which Lowe refused. Tyson Turner then extorted Lowe into joining Opaline River Laboratory by poisoning his sister, Laura Lear, with supplements mixed with high concentration and dosage of NXX substance, which caused Laura to rapidly become sick with stage 3 lung cancer. The immortality drug should be able to cure Laura, and as a result, Lowe agreed to develop it.[5]

Lowe boarded The Pluto to purchase raw materials from Zallie. The raw materials were meant for the development of the immortality drug. However, Zallie tricked him and refused to give him the raw materials.[4]

As a result, Lowe devised a plan to kill Zallie.

After Laura's death, Lowe turned himself in and cooperated with the investigation. His only request is to bring Tyson Turner to justice for his sister's sake.
