Everyone falls silent after going on the Bridge of Magpies.

Marius: So... why... isn't anyone talking?

Marius looks at everyone, a little anxious and expectant at the same time.

You: No, I just feel like...

You: This place is so cleverly designed...

It's hard to describe with words, but the experiences of this trip rush through your head as you approach the end of the park.

As everything fades into the background, the feeling of reaching the end of the road and seeing a bright future ahead overwhelms your heart.

It's like a current running through your entire body, all the troubles and indecision of the past dissipate completely.

Luke: And even though you didn't know this was about restoring the legend, the design concepts match what Sommer did.

Artem nods and picks up where Luke left off.

Artem: After Sommer became the God of Marriage, he's been protecting those truly in love in this world and helping them become couples.

Artem: Just like this park, no matter how many difficulties or obstacles stand in your way, you will always meet those that you've missed.

Vyn: Yes, not only is an ending like this both expected and unexpected, but it also leaves a deep impression in the hearts of its visitors.

Vyn: Marius, your design is remarkable.

Vyn expresses his genuine thoughts. Marius is extremely satisfied with himself after being showered with compliments.

Marius: You know, even though I knew I did a great job here, for some reason, being complimented by you makes me even happier...

You: (Probably because you two don't ever see eye to eye...)

Marius smiles earnestly.

Marius: Well, this is our journey to "relive" the legend.

Marius: Now that I've told you my thoughts about the Bridge of Magpies, what are your thoughts? What do you guys think the ending should be?

Luke: When I first arrived here, I thought this story was a complete tragedy.

Luke: However, after experiencing so much, I think a girl like Eve deserves as much love and affection as she gives.

Luke: When Sommer saw the letters that Eve wrote, he finally realized her feelings.

Luke: Perhaps, it was at that moment that he realized his own feelings.

Luke: That's why he became the God of Marriage, to protect the lovers of the world.

You: (Luke is just as optimistic as ever.)

Looking back at what everyone experienced, Vyn doesn't seem to agree with Luke.

Vyn: In my opinion... the gods have an abundance of love for mortals.

Vyn: He was moved by his friendship with Eve, so he chose to become the God of Marriage to spread blessings.

Vyn: Sommer pitied those who were trapped by love and helped them overcome that.

You: (As expected of Vyn, he's always able to analyze with objective reasoning.)

Marius: Artem, what do you think?

Artem: Good and bad are redefined by outsiders like us. I doubt things are purely black and white for the people in the story.

Artem: So to be honest... I don't know.

Artem: I may have personally experienced their story, but in the end, I'm still not them. Therefore, I cannot reach an answer that convinces me.

Looking at Artem's serious expression, you're not surprised by his answer at all.

You: Ahh... I'm the only one who hasn't shared...

You: I think the ending of the Moonlit Eve Festival legend...

Once again, you hear the sound of running water, children laughing, and scholars chanting through the bamboo forest...

It's almost as if you see the laundress washing chiffon in the stream, and meeting the enchanting man with blushing cheeks.

She loved so firmly and without hesitation, yet it was all buried in the heart of melancholy.

What will be the end of this enchanting and mysterious romance?

You: If you let me finish the story, I would create the perfect ending and let the lovers be together.

Marius: The perfect ending? Are you sure it's not because of my influence?

You: I think Sommer became a God of Marriage for selfish reasons.

You: Maybe he was waiting for Eve's reincarnation. He would protect her until she gets what she wants and marries the person she loves.

You: After all, a girl like Eve is hard to resist, even for gods.

Hearing your words, Marius smiles. He thinks for a moment before nodding as well.

Marius: Yes... the god who doesn't know love eventually comes to understand it, and the mortal who was tempted first also finds her happiness.

Marius: Indeed... that's a great story.

Vyn: [Player], after hearing your thoughts, I also have selfish desires.

You: Eh?

Vyn: If I were Sommer, I would hope that your story is the real one.

Vyn's words suddenly awaken something in you as an idea forms in your head.

You: (Perhaps both Sommer and Eve reside in everyone. We want to protect the people we love and we want to be loved selflessly.)

You: I think...

You: No matter how much we hope for a happy ending, it only makes sense if the story ends in a tragedy.

You: Because ever since the beginning, our views of the legend were never all-encompassing or equal.

Artem: Our views of the legend?

Artem chuckles and shakes his head helplessly, as if something came across his mind.

Artem: You're right. We've been experiencing and seeing things from Eve's perspective the entire way. We didn't account for Sommer's thoughts.

You: Yeah, and with the information that we currently have, it is very hard to conclude that Sommer actually likes Eve.

You: In other words, would Sommer, a god, actually have the same desire for love as mortals do?

Luke: You're right... The gods in legends are always without emotion and strangers to humanity.

Artem: Although it may sound a little cruel, to him, Eve may just be another mortal being in the vast world.

You: So, the legends of gods changing the world because of humans are ultimately just myths.

Luke: Yeah, you're right. A beautiful ending is nothing but wishful thinking. Reality is cruel by nature.

You quickly add more to the conversation after seeing Luke becoming sad.

You: Well, it's just my own opinion. Maybe there isn't really a fine line between what's good and bad.

You: Besides, even if there are no gods that are willing to change the world, there are still people like us who try our best to make the world a better place.

You: I think...

You: The ending to a legend has no truth or falsity, nor does it have anything to do with right or wrong.

Luke: Huh? What do you mean?

You: The Moonlit Eve Festival legend and the intentions of Sommer were never binary cases.

You: Whether it be Marius, who included his own understanding in Bridge of Magpies and delivered such a great experience to visitors like us,

You: or people like Mr. Wing, who didn't find an answer satisfying enough but chooses to take it at face value...

You: None of them are wrong. So, I believe that if we truly believe in something, then there is never a right or wrong.

Marius: I never knew you had such high praise for me...

Luke: You're right, although we've all experienced the same thing, what we took away from it is all different.

Artem: Your ideas are always so astonishing. I'm happy to have received your acknowledgment.

Vyn: Your response is clever, but I will admit, it is a good answer.

You: In the end, it doesn't really matter how the legend ends...

You: What's truly important...

You look at everyone and see the regret in their hearts that the legend brought upon them disappear, now replaced with peace and warmth.

You: Despite talking about our individual's desired ending the whole time... All the conclusions we've reached have come from each other's opinion.

You: Perhaps the real purpose of this journey is to cherish the people with us and learn how to use our wisdom and courage to overcome difficulties.

Just as you finish speaking, glittering butterflies flutter from the woods, lanterns, decorations, and everything in sight...

They shine luminously in the air and form the shape of a woman. Then, they instantly transform into a god dressed in a divine outfit.

The lively crowd gazes upon the miraculous transformation. Their compliments and cheers are mixed in the air along with the music in the background.

Hugh Moss: Look, Dad. I think they're re-enacting the story.

Joey Grant: Look, it's the fairy lady!

Harry Grant: Yeah, keep your eyes on her, Joey!

Winnie Cooper: Grandpa Vern, can you see it? Isn't it beautiful? I'll bring you here in a few days.

Winnie Cooper seemed to be on a video call with Grandpa Vern.

Those who only met halfway, finally meet again at the end.

You: It's beautiful...

You: I can't believe it's coming to an end. I don't want it to end...

Luke: Yes, it's beautiful...

Marius: I'll come with you if you ever want to come again.

Artem: [Player], I can accompany you as well. The future is long, so don't have any regrets.

Vyn: Yes, moments like this when we have no cases are rare, but I am sure more opportunities will arise in the future.

You: Who was it that said, "Something bad has happened every time we've gone out together"?

You: The way I see it, nothing bad happened this time.

Everyone laughs, looking warmer and softer in the bright sunlight.

You: All right, it's a plan!

You: We'll have fun on more adventures together.

At this moment, everyone has their head raised as they watch the butterflies flutter in the air. The lights flicker but their eyes stay bright.

And the promise that was made will also definitely be forever kept in your hearts, just like the unforgettable sight in front of you.
