Cause of Incident: The spring water used for the restaurant's Seafood Tofu Soup was contaminated with insecticide powder.

Incident Type: Food poisoning due to poor management.

Theory 1

Insecticide 330 is the toxic substance mixed into the Seafood Tofu Soup. Therefore, this is clearly a criminal case and not a food poisoning case.

The medical reports show that all six customers with food poisoning showed signs of abdominal pain and diarrhea.


Six customers suffered from varying degrees of abdominal pain and diarrhea after consuming Seafood Tofu Soup. After one day of treatment at the hospital, four almost completely recovered. All six individuals completely recovered in two days. None of the customers were hospitalized.

The doctor recommended an optional one-day rest.
