Overview

Contract Dispute: Whitney signed a custom-order dress contract, requiring the clothing shop to complete her order within 45 days, or be subject to pay double the penalty fee. 60 days later, the clothing shop still hadn't delivered the goods, claiming that the materials for the dress she ordered couldn't be procured.
