Overview

Contract Dispute: Herman signed a contract with a foreign trade company to import wine chocolate. The company would be responsible for the entire process, including transportation, inspection, and customs declaration. However, the first shipment of wine chocolates was detained for six months because the company reported the wrong customs serial number. When Herman finally got the shipment, the wine chocolates were already expired. Herman asked the foreign trade company to reimburse, but was refused.
