Overview

Contract Dispute: Bret Wheeler signed a "Shop Acquisition Agreement" with a real estate company The agreement stipulated that the client would have preemptive rights for purchasing the shop. After Bret Wheeler paid the deposit, he didn't hear from the real estate company again. A few months later, Bret Wheeler contacted the real estate company only to find that they had nullified the previous agreement. Therefore, Bret Wheeler hired Themis Law Firm as representation to sue the real estate company for compensation.
