She agrees to an "empty chair" therapy in which Vyn hypnotizes her to enact both sides of a conversation between herself and the Phantom. While Crystal is playing the Phantom's side of the conversation, Vyn takes Crystal's role and begins to question the Phantom's recent behavior.
