Penny's Comfort Foods

Penny's Comfort Foods is a restaurant founded by Vernon Green in honor of his late wife, Penny Green, who passed away in 2005 and left behind a recipe book that Vernon wanted to see enjoyed by as many people as possible.
Vernon runs a grant program for underprivileged students using the funds from the restaurant, and many of his grantees use the restaurant for part-time work alongside their studies.[1]
