==General==
Jasmine Kenders was a [[Stellis News]] reporter and the adoptive mother of [[Hugh Moss]]. She was actively looking into the water pollution case against [[Heirson Health Products]] at [[Opaline Village]] before her unfortunate death on the evening of September 12, 2029, in which her brakes failed, causing her to crash into a guardrail outside the village, after which she fell down the cliff. Her death is the focus of the X-NOTE case NXX-019.

Jasmine owned a white SUV manufactured by Pax Motors, license plate VD3F046. She was an orphan and had no family aside from Huey.<ref name="main505">[[Main Story 05-05]]</ref> She lived in a [[Jasmine Kenders' Apartment|loft apartment]], which is currently managed by a specialized asset management agency until it can pass to Hugh, who is her only beneficiary.<ref>[[Main Story 05-07]]</ref>
