The train arrives at the final stop of the journey: the rainforest reserve.

After resolving the interpersonal conflict, you feel as if a weight has been lifted off your shoulders.

You can finally immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the rainforest and enjoy the comforts of its natural beauty.

Marius: This rainforest is a natural scenic spot. The rare fauna zone and rainforest survey base are up ahead.

Marius: This place is a bit smaller than the currently planned area for the Imana Rainforest's nature reserve...

Marius: There are over 400 kinds of rare plants here. The resources here are no less abundant than in the Imana Rainforest.

Marius introduces the reserve as the two of you walk. He seems to be very familiar with this place.

Conservation area

You: Did Pax also fund the construction of this reserve?

Marius: Yep. It was built about six or seven years ago.

Marius: At that time, Pax had just established its agreement with Tambyani, and we wanted to try something new.

Marius: Because that was established early on, Tambyani made this place a priority area when they were planning their tourism expansion.

You: I see.

You had thought that Pax invested in the nature reserve on a whim, but it has been in the works for a long time.

It appears that Pax will be heavily involved with the nature reserve and rainforest development project for the next several years.

Important difference

You: Right! You're here because of Imana Rainforest's conservation project, which means...

You: ...Pax is simultaneously investing in two of Tambyani's rainforest conservation projects?

Marius: Yes, but the Imana Rainforest project isn't exactly the same as this one.

Marius: The Imana Rainforest reserve will mainly serve as a tourist attraction and be open to visitors around the world.

Marius: On the other hand... This reserve is mostly focused on academic research and scientific studies.

Marius: Differentiating them will be helpful for future planning and development.

Future plans

You: Mr. von Hagen, are you at liberty to casually divulge information about the reserve's future plans?

Marius: I technically shouldn't, since they're business secrets. But...

Marius: Since it was you who asked, I can spill a few beans.

Marius: The plan is... I want to make this nature reserve the best in the entire world.

You: That sounds... more like a goal than a plan?

Marius: Goals can be set in advance, but a concrete plan needs to be negotiated with Tambyani representatives. It's hard to say at this stage.

Marius: So this is all I'm able to tell you for now. Trust me, this place is going to be just as great as I envision.

You: Then I hope that your dream becomes reality soon.

Marius: It will.

The corners of his lips curve up charmingly.

Marius: How's that? Any other questions?

Marius: As long as it's something I know, I'll do my best to answer.

You: Then... Mr. von Hagen, could you please introduce the species found in your rainforest reserve?

Marius: Miss, that's outside my area of expertise!

Marius: Let's leave the professional questions to the professionals.
