The Night Encounter Bar is located in an unknown area of Stellis, deep in an alleyway. The location is popular and busy, with a cramped crowd and packed dance floor, dazzling lights, and noisy music, though there are booth seats set up away from the dance floor where patrons can have uninterrupted conversation.
The bar is owned by Drake Gaunt, a brash man who routinely drinks in the VIP area and refuses to cooperate with investigations or law enforcement unless absolutely necessary, citing client privacy. The bar is noted to have lax security and compliance with the law, with known minors having been allowed entry.[1][2]
