Go to Luke's Residence 2F to progress the story.
A few days later, you receive a call from Luke, informing you of the progress he made.
So you rush to his house...
You: Luke, how are things over there?
Luke: Come look.
Luke, who is sitting in front of his computer, beckons you over.
Walking over to him, you look at his screen...
You: What is this...?
Luke: The last confirmed surveillance footage of Morten Rickmon.
You: He disappeared at Southeast Stellis Street?
Luke: Hold that thought — let me tell you about my other discoveries.
You: All right.
Looking at Luke's radiant appearance, you believe he has uncovered the key clues.
But the dark circles under his eyes "betray" his radiant exterior, indicating days of hard work...
You: (Luke probably hasn't slept much these past few days... He's been wrapped up in this investigation.)
Before you can ask him, Luke takes your hand and leads you over to the familiar whiteboard.
On the whiteboard, you notice an icon, which seems to represent a company, in addition to photos of Morten Rickmon and Olivia Kilner.
Their photos each have an arrow pointing toward the icon.
You read out the small print below the icon.
You: Victoria Pharmaceuticals?
Luke: Yes, Morten Rickmon came to Stellis to investigate this company.
Luke: Remember when I said I wanted to review Olivia Kilner's medication and medical records?
Luke: I asked Aaron to help me with the intercity jurisdiction.
Luke: After getting the jurisdiction, I reviewed everything once more and found problems.
Luke: Olivia Kilner's medication records have been altered.
You: !!!
Luke: The batch of medicine used by Olivia Kilner a week prior to her death should have been produced by a pharmaceutical factory in Stellis owned by Victoria Pharmaceuticals...
Luke: However, someone changed it to a local manufacturer in Bridmere.
You: That means there was an issue with the batch of medicine given to Olivia Kilner?
Luke: Yes, but there was also a problem with the people at the hospital...
Luke: Kilner's medical records were altered immediately when the dispute between Rickmon and the hospital began...
Luke: The nurses who handled the drugs and the doctors at the hospital pharmacy — this couldn't have been done without the help of someone on the inside.
Luke: I believe Rickmon followed these clues, which led him to Stellis.
Luke: Aaron has already assigned the investigation of the hospital in Bridmere to someone else. Our focus is still on Rickmon.

Luke: You're right. I checked the National Enterprise Database and it confirmed that Stellis' Victoria Pharmaceuticals is still in business.
Luke: Let's pretend to be looking for jobs and ask around near the factory.
Luke: If anything feels amiss, we leave.
You: All right.

Ask nearby residents about the pharmaceutical factory.
Luke: Hello, do you know of Victoria Pharmaceuticals?
Young Man: Victoria Pharmaceuticals?
You: I heard the company has been raking in profits and wanted to know more before I submit a job application...
Young Man: Strange... I only moved here three weeks ago and I don't know anything about that company.
Young Man: Ask someone else.
You: Okay, thank you.
After the young man walks away, you and Luke exchange a look, eyes full of doubt.
Luke: Victoria Pharmaceuticals is a big company. He should know about it if he lives nearby...
You: But he said he just moved here, so maybe he really doesn't know.
You: Should we try asking someone else?
Luke: Yeah.
Ask nearby residents about the pharmaceutical factory.
Luke: Hey, do you know of Victoria Pharmaceuticals?
Luke: We're both looking for jobs and wanted to check out the place.
Granny: Oh, you must be talking about the factory opened by that blond guy?
Granny: You've come at a bad time... I think their factory has been closed for two months.

But his last known location captured by surveillance footage is around these parts.

Luke: ...
The relaxed atmosphere suddenly becomes tense.
You: (The clues that Luke had spent days working on...)
Just as you're about to say something, Luke's phone vibrates.
Luke: I need to take this call.
You: Okay...
Looking at Luke slowly walking away, you can tell that he's unconsciously trying to avoid showing you his disappointment.
The sunlight feels great, illuminating the world, but your heart... drifts away into the distance.
