"Louis" is the stage name of a former bandmate of Kanon Clark who is considered by some to be an idol in his own right by association with the popular figure. His real name known to the Main Character, who is keeping it a secret as a matter of client privilege -- he is a client of Themis Law Firm, who hired the services of the Main Character to successfully handle a music plagiarism and copyright infringement case.
Louis has been in the music business for roughly five years. Despite his high energy public face, he suffers a great deal of stress, fear, and self-doubt after years of not seeing any major accomplishment. When his band members recently began to leave, he sought therapy and guidance from Vyn Richter, who temporarily joined the band to better understand Louis' fears. Although he still deals with those fears, Louis has chosen to stay in the music business, signing with a large record label after winning a major competition in Stellis.
He describes himself as "full of ego and stubbornness" and believes that with all his experience as a performer, he can easily tell whether an audience can relate to him.[1]
