Overview
- Environmental Issues Protection: A construction company buried construction waste next to a pond in a village, polluting the irrigation water in the pond over time. The villagers are demanding that the construction company dispose of the construction waste previously buried in the landfill and pay compensation. But the construction company refused on the grounds that they acquired a permit for the landfill. The villagers then took it to court, and hired Themis Law Firm as representation.
