Not long after you finish voting, the others also enter the room, one after another.

You: Have you guys all decided?

Artem: Yes, I voted.

Luke: Who did you vote for, Little Boss? Can you tell us?

You: Me? I voted for the person who has the best chance of changing things around here.

You: (Among the people present, President von Hagen is the most powerful. If he goes, the Guangjie Union might show him some respect.)

Still deep in thought, you notice Marius raising his eyebrows at you.

Marius: Little Boss, did you... vote for me?

Marius: Of all the people here, there's probably no one more powerful than me in Xuzhou Town.

Vyn: Your confidence is unfounded... Power does not mean you are capable.

Marius: Hmph, isn't power a manifestation of capability?

Vyn: You...

As the two continue to "bicker," the old television screen suddenly lights up.

Accompanied by the sound of static, a familiar voice sounds in the room.

Mysterious Person: You're all here. Good, saves me the trouble of having to find you guys.

Mysterious Person: The results are in. Next, I will announce them.

The Mysterious Person clears his throat, and the room quietens.

Everyone looks at the television screen, waiting for the results.

Mysterious Person: According to the votes, the person sent to negotiate with the Guangjie Union is...

Mysterious Person: President von Hagen!

Marius: ...

Marius: Well, that's to be expected.

Marius shrugs his shoulders, looking undaunted.

You: So we send President von Hagen. What happens next?

Mysterious Person: As for what happens...

The lights in the room dim and the Mysterious Person's voice fades. Everything he said appears on the screen...

"Naturally, President von Hagen couldn't sit still. Before negotiating with the Guangjie Union, he calls his men for backup."

"During the negotiations, things get heated, and the verbal dispute develops into a full-on confrontation between the two factions."

"New hatred, old hatred, Boss Qian's death, Mayfly Association—all of these conflicts are reflected in the shadow of the blade at that moment..."

"When the dust settles, both sides suffer devastating losses, and no faction is the victor. The losses are immeasurable."

"The clash between the two powers of this small town pushes everything the people had into an even more chaotic abyss..."

Luke: About this ending...

You: With all this chaos... what happened to Journalist Pearce in the end?

Luke: Journalist Pearce turned out all right... but the ordinary citizens have it rough.

Luke: Most of them were already poor familiars, and life was even harder after the war...

Luke: Perhaps we should think of a way to change this ending.

You: Yeah, we should.

Artem: About this ending...

Artem: A war between gangs will only make the situation in Xuzhou worse...

Artem: Nobody can escape the consequences of suffering, unless...

You: What are you thinking about, Mr. Wing?

Artem: Oh, I was thinking about how to avoid a war between the gangs.

Artem: After all, a large-scale violent conflict between forces will affect many innocent people.

You: That's true. There might be a better solution.

Vyn: About this ending...

Vyn: I didn't expect President von Hagen to resort to such methods. I overestimated him.

You: Eh? Why do you say that, Dr. Richter?

Vyn: Instead of making the situation better, he made it even worse...

Vyn: From the results, all I can say is "half the result with twice the effort."

You: (Dr. Richter doesn't seem to be talking about President von Hagen...)
