Overview

Contract Dispute: A design company outsourced a project to Valerie, asking her to design badges for the twelve zodiacs. After Valerie finished her project, the design company found out that her design was very similar to a well-known designer abroad and demanded compensation and termination of contract. However, Valerie stated that they were both designers with similar ideas. The design company had no choice but to hire Themis Law Firm as legal representation to sue Valerie.
