| |bio=Asher "Ash" Siegel is a former professional basketball player who lives in North Stellis. When he was 18, he invested his entire basketball earnings, as well as some borrowed money from his coach, to purchase the neighborhood's Pop Culture Plaza. Though he has since been expelled from the team and has been unable to pay his coach back, he protects the square fiercely, hiding among its community as the respected leader "Diego" (小段 / ダイキ / 단승재) and enforcing the culture of the square: forming bonds and supporting neglected neighbors' children through basketball, allowing street vendors to sell their wares without paying rent, and solving disputes fairly without the involvement of outsiders or police. As part of the North Stellis development project, Ash recently agreed to sell the plaza, represented in the deal by [[Themis Law Firm]].
