Summary

At a temporary camp some time after the incident at the cave, Artem and the main character discuss the encounter there. The mystery assailant who shot Jack Barlow turned out to have been Zachary Clarke; surprisingly, Zachary was carrying Orson Barlow's copper coin necklace that was used to strangle him ten years prior. Jack soon wakes up and asks to see Artem and the MC, and he expresses confusion that Zachary would want to hurt him as the two have never spoken.
