Summary
Marius and the
main character discuss her reasons for traveling with him before turning the conversation to
Bryce Thatcher's reasons for organizing the treasure hunt event; due to his background in archaeology, Marius believed him when he said he was interested in exploring old Nosta ruins, but he now admits that if the expedition is related to the lost gold, Bryce's interest is suspicious. After verifying Bryce is not far away, the pair moves to meet up with him.
