From Tears of Themis Wiki
Visions are Cards obtained in the game by spending Tears of Themis on Shadow of Themis (banners).
Vision history can be found through Profile > Customer Service > Self-Search (Go to the Self-Search page) > Vision Logs.
Only Vision records from the last seven days are available.
