Vera Walton is a student in Vyn Richter's psychology lecture at Stellis University who showed signs of emotional distress and self-inflicted injuries.[1] While she was aggressively resistant to direct questions, dismissing her injuries as scrapes from a minor fight with her boyfriend,[2] sandplay therapy revealed deep insecurity and questions about the value of her existence that confirmed suspicions that she had been targeted by a pickup artist.[3]
Vera lives on her own as a university student, but she maintains the lifestyle she had growing up, in which her parents forbade her to have relationships with male students and kept strict control of her finances.[4] She met her boyfriend, known to her as "Lance Stalwart," at a dessert shop in Stellis' CBD,[3] and they dated for three months, during which time he scammed her for money to open a dessert shop.[5]
Vera is noted to dress in old-fashioned, ill-fitting clothing.[1]
