Artem: It's rare to see such clear contrails in the city.
You: Yeah, I thought you could only see them in the suburbs.
You: It's a rare opportunity. Why don't we take a picture with it?
Artem: I'll take a photo of you.

You: It's pretty hot in the mall. Drinking a sip of iced water should be fine, right?
Artem: Hmm...
Artem: Then grab one of each. If it's too cold, you can drink the room-temperature water.
You: Sure, I'll also grab another drink.
You: I didn't expect this brand of fruit candy to still be on the market!
Artem: It's an old brand. I remember having them around the house when I was young.
You: Let's buy some. I want to see if it still tastes the same.
Artem: Yes, let's buy the mixed flavor since it has more choices.
You: Sure. That's the same one I used to buy.

You: I don't want to waste food.
Artem: You won't. If you can't finish it, then just leave it to me.
You: Hmm...

Bar
At 8:30 PM in the night, the highest-rated bar in the CBD was already packed. You and Artem barely manage to squeeze in.
Artem doesn't seem to fit in amidst the pulsating lights and deafening dance music.
Artem: ...
Artem leans awkwardly at the bar, his eyes scanning the surroundings with a slight hint of panic. He seems unused to being in a place like this.
You: Artem, you...
The loud music in the bar drowns out your words.
Artem: Hmm? What did you say?
To make sure Artem hears what you're saying clearly, you grab onto his shoulders and whisper into his ear.
You: Mr. Wing, you can't run away in the face of a battle.
Artem: I won't run away.
Artem: I rarely go to bars outside of work, so I'm not familiar with it...
Artem pauses for a moment, then clears his throat out of embarrassment.
You: That's why we're here to experience it.
As the loud music reaches its climax, you pull Artem onto the dance floor instead of waiting for him to react.
The limited space increases the risk of bumping into others, so Artem subconsciously pulls you into his embrace.
Your bodies are pressed against each other in an intimate embrace.
Artem: ...
Even though you and Artem are dating now, he prefers to keep a normal distance from you in the public eye.
He was acting without thinking just now. When he comes to his senses, he takes a step back, trying to put some distance between you two.
You: ...
Seeing how uncomfortable Artem is, you feel like teasing him...
You put your arms around his neck, pulling him in so close that your nose is filled with the faint scent of his body.
He looks at you in surprise, then immediately understands your intention as he tightens his hand around your waist.
Artem pulls you even closer, leaving only a sliver of space between your bodies.
Artem: Is this too close?
As he speaks, Artem is close enough that his words tickle your neck with a gentle breath.
You: It's... It's okay.
Artem: It seems everyone is improvising, instead of performing a particular dance.
Artem: Let's go at our own pace.
You: Yeah...
You and Artem savor the dance, drowning out the white noise in the background as if you're the only two people in the bar.
Artem takes complete control, and you can't help but chuckle at how much he's enjoying the unfamiliar form of leisure.
Artem: What is it?
You: Nothing. I just think it's amazing how awkward you can be when trying something new alone...
You: But when it's just the two of us, we seem to be able to get accustomed rather quickly.
Artem: Having you by my side has given me courage.
Artem tightens his grip as he answers you, while people begin to leave near the end of the song.
He holds you tightly, worried that you might get knocked down by the crowd. As the song ends, Artem whispers into your ear.
Artem: Thank you for showing me infinite possibilities.
