The Mailbox is where players can claim gifts. Up to a maximum of 200 gifts can be held at once. Gifts sent here can include items from the HoYoLab external [[Daily Sign-in]], expired currencies such as unused weekly [[Sign-in Slip]]s or temporary event currencies, rewards from [[Redeem Code]]s, and occasional event messages and gifts.

A history of a player's mailbox can be viewed by going to the player's own Profile > Customer Service > Self-Search > Go to Self-Search page > Mailbox Logs.

Players can add a star to messages in their Mailbox and mark them as favorites. Starred mail will be sorted in order of their time of posting. Players can also filter their normal mail and starred mail for easy navigation. Note that the maximum amount of mail that can be stored will be counted separately. The maximum number of starred mail that can be stored is 200.
