==General==
Hugh Moss, also known as Huey, is an orphan from [[Opaline Village]] who was diagnosed with autism.<ref>[[Main Story 05-05]]</ref> He was adopted by [[Jasmine Kenders]] in July of 2029; after her death on Huey's birthday a little over a month later, he was sent to [[Stellis Orphanage]] to live. Despite his youth, Huey is highly adept with computer-related pursuits, hacking the [[Big Data Lab]]'s outer firewall and  handwriting computer code that was left as a clue for investigators to follow at her apartment.<ref>[[Main Story 05-11]]</ref>

Huey has a number "3" branded on the inside of his left arm, though how he received it and what happened to him prior to his arrival at the Opaline orphanage is a mystery.
