Overview
- Adolescent Rights Protection: A coffee shop illegally hired 14-year-old Francisco to help deliver orders in order to cut down on expenses. While out on delivery, Francisco was injured in an accident and his medical fees were paid for by the coffee shop owner. However, when Francisco's parents found out his employment was illegal, they demanded a one-time compensation in accordance with the law. The coffee shop owner refused on grounds that Francisco begged for this job. So, his parents sued the owner. Currently, the case has not gone to trial. Talk with the coffee shop owner.
