Van Kerrel's Residence is the main location of [[Episode 4: Les Tournesols]]. It was home to [[Van Kerrel]] and his live-in caretaker, [[Johnny Bailey]].

At the time of the story episode, the home was thickly covered in dust, no one having visited the home since the police investigation.<ref>[[Main Story 04-08]]</ref> It has a living room downstairs and a messy study upstairs; the study has a wall of bookshelves and paintings throughout, many of which are black-and-white imitations of Van Gogh's "Sunflowers" series. The window to the study has a broken lock.

The home is surrounded by shrubs, which are mostly dead after a long period of neglect, and a small shed sits below the study window.<ref>[[Main Story 04-09]]</ref>
