Editing Currency

There are several currencies in-game used for a variety of purposes, such as obtaining [[Vision]]s, [[Items]], etc.

{{Currency|Gem}}s can be used to buy other packs in the [[Mall]] or converted into {{Currency|S-Chip|notext=true}}[[Currency#S-Chips|S-Chips]]. Generally, {{Currency|Gem}} x1 can be converted into {{Currency|S-Chip}}s x10. Occasionally, limited-time events will allow {{Currency|Gem}}s to be converted to {{Currency|S-Chip}}s at a better rate than usual.

{{Currency|Tears of Themis}} are used to obtain [[Vision]]s (cards) from various types of [[Shadows of Themis|Shadow of Themis]]. Note that some event banners require "[[Currency#Special Tears of Themis|Special Tears]]" so it is not recommended to exchange {{Currency|S-Chip}}s for {{Currency|Tears of Themis}} until a player wishes to pull.

* Limited-time mailbox rewards and [[Redeem Code|redeem codes]]

"Special Tears" are limited-time currency used to obtain [[Vision]]s (cards) from [[Shadows of Themis#Event Exclusive: 4 SSR|4 SSR Event Exclusive Shadow of Themis]]. There are 2 types of Special Tears: Tears of Themis - <''named''> and {{Currency|Tears of Themis - Limited}}. After the limited-time event ends, unused Special Tears are converted. Tears of Themis - <''named''> will be converted to {{Currency|Tears of Themis}} at a rate of 1:1 and {{Currency|Tears of Themis - Limited}} will be converted to {{Currency|Stellin}} at a rate of 1:10,000. {{Currency|Friendship Badge}}s can be used to redeem items from the [[Mall#Exchange|Exchange Shop]]. They are obtained by sending and claiming from friended players. These actions give 10 and 20 {{Currency|Friendship Badge}}s respectively. They can also be obtained from limited-time [[Redeem Code|redeem codes]].

{{Currency|Gift I}} can be used to redeem items from the [[Mall#Exchange|Exchange Shop]]. They are obtained after a player has pulled more than 5 copies of a single R or SR card. An R card will give {{Currency|Gift I}} x100 and an SR card will give {{Currency|Gift I}} x1000.

{{Currency|Gift II}} can be used to redeem items from the [[Mall#Exchange Shop|Exchange Shop]]. They are obtained after a player has pulled more than 5 copies of a single SSR card. An SSR card will give {{Currency|Gift II}} x100.

==Case Files==

{{Currency|Case Report}} can be used to redeem items from the [[Mall#Exchange Shop|Exchange Shop]]. They are obtained through successful [[Fieldwork#Lawsuits|Lawsuits from Legal Aid Fieldwork]]. {{Currency|Case Report}} x200 and up to {{Currency|Case Report}} x30 district bonus may be obtained per Lawsuit.

{{Currency|Trace of Tears}} are limited-time currency that can be used to redeem items from the limited-time "Trace of Tears Exchange Shop" (example: [[Entwining Hearts Event#Trace of Tears Exchange Shop|Entwining Hearts Trace of Tears Exchange Shop]]). During a limited-time event, {{Currency|Trace of Tears}} x1 is received with every draw from a [[Shadows of Themis|Shadow of Themis]]. After the limited-time event ends, unused Trace of Tears are converted into {{Currency|Stellin}} at a rate of 1:1,000 after the "Trace of Tears Exchange Shop" is closed. Converted resources will automatically be sent to your Mailbox.

{{Currency|Astral Memory}} can be used to redeem items from the [[Mall#Exchange Shop|Exchange Shop]]. They are obtained as rewards from "DLC" which are permanent reruns of past Special Events.
