Before you realize it, the calendar has already been quietly flipped to the final day.

But since the process has been so fun, you still feel slightly unsatisfied now that you're almost done.

You: I didn't think it'd all end so quickly.

Artem: I'm sure there will be more events like this in the future. We can always do it again next time.

You: You're right!

Marius: It's getting pretty late. Let's get the shop back to looking like how it was before — otherwise, we won't have time to have fun at the beach.

You: Yeah, true... Then let's get started.

Before you even volunteered, you already planned on hanging out at the beach together after the event ended.

You heard your customers talking about so many fun events and delicious foods while you were working, and you can't wait to try everything for yourself.

As you tidy up the shop, it slowly transforms into how it looked before.

Luke: Guys look, the comments here are pretty interesting.

Assigned to tidy up the message tree near the door, Luke waves the strips of paper he took off the tree.

You: What do they say? Let me see!

Luke gives the messages to you all. Apart from the wishes people have for their family and friends, as well as their own future aspirations, many also wrote about their thoughts while in the store.

You: This one says, "The guy making the drinks is so handsome. I really want his number..."

Luke: Huh? Really? I didn't even notice that...

Marius: Hahaha. This one says, "The uncle with silver hair is so elegant. He looks like a noble straight out of a fairy tale."

Marius: Gotta say, calling him "uncle" is right on the money.

Vyn: ...

Upon hearing Marius' teasing, Vyn shakes his head with resignation and looks at the note in his hands.

Vyn: Mine says, "The guy making the shaved ice is really a child at heart. He draws faces in the seaside shaved ice."

Vyn: It appears our guests are also aware of how childish you are.

Marius: They're talking about my childlike innocence. Don't twist their words.

Vyn: Oh? Really?

While Vyn and Marius tease each other, Artem falls silent while looking at the note in his hands.

You: Mr. Wing, what does your note say?

Artem: Um... nothing special.

Artem's expression tells you that there's definitely something interesting in that message.

As you prepare to launch your "surprise attack," Marius has already pulled the note out of Artem's hands.

Marius: "The guy cooking food looks so domestic but seems really aloof. That contrast is seriously attractive..."

Marius: "He'd definitely reject me without batting an eye if I asked for his number. What do I do..."

Marius: That's Mr. Wing for you. Super popular.

Artem: ...

Artem shakes his head and pulls out the last note in his hand, then smiles and turns to you.

Artem: This one is about you.

You: Me? What does it say?

Artem: It says, "The lady running around and working hard at the store is so cute and capable! I want to grow up to be someone like her."

You: ...

You: Ahem... Well, we're running short on time. Let's continue tidying up.

Artem: Okay.

You finally clean everything up, restoring the store back to how it was before.

Just as you prepare to close the door and leave...

*Ding—!* The wind chime hanging on the door rings again, and the shop owner who never showed herself finally appears.

You: Ma'am, you're here right on time. I was just about to look for you to return the keys.

Store Manager: No rush — I'm just here to give you some good news.

Luke: What is it?

Store Manager: According to the results of the anonymous poll, this shop was voted "Most Popular" in this charity sale event.

Store Manager: Also, thanks to you, more people have learned about this charity event. We now have people calling in daily, asking how they can participate.

You: Awesome! More and more people will join in on the charity event that way.

Artem: Doing our part in encouraging more people to participate is the best outcome we could ask for.

Store Manager: Yup. So to thank you for all your efforts, the organizers have decided to give you a gift.

Marius: A gift?

Marius: We can't accept it if it's too expensive, you know.

Store Manager: It's not expensive at all. In fact, it's probably worth very little to you all.

Store Manager: But it represents our gratitude as organizers. We want to thank the participants who contributed a lot to this event. I hope you won't refuse it.

She gives you a sincere look.

You: In that case, we'd be happy to accept it.

She nods and smiles, then takes out five beach tour tickets.

Store Manager: These are tickets for the seaside day tour sponsored by HoYoLand.

Store Manager: You can freely experience all the activities on the beach, and buy as much food as you like in the permanent stores there.

This timely gift happens to fit your plans perfectly.

You: Thank you, Ma'am. This is exactly what we need right now.

Luke: Yeah! I've wanted to try the signature beverage from the iced drink shop across the road for ages.

Artem: I'd like to learn from the salmon meal provided by the canteen as well. I hear the customers saying it's pretty good.

Marius: Why are you two always thinking about food? Not me — I wanna do things you should do at a beach.

Marius looks at you and winks.

Marius: Miss, let's go smash some watermelon. I heard it's really popular in other parts of the world. I've wanted to try it out for ages.

Vyn: Compared to those childish games, it is much more appropriate to have afternoon tea on the beach with me while taking in the view, [Player].

Luke: Huh? That's not very fun though. We should go enjoy some iced drinks.

Artem: The weather is pretty hot, but we still shouldn't eat or drink too many cold things.

Artem: We used up a lot of our stamina tidying everything up today. I think we should have some food to get our energy back first.

Things end up in a stalemate, and you're the one who gets to make the final decision.

Store Manager: All of you get along well with each other. Well, I won't bother you any longer. I hope you have a great time on your last day here at the beach.

The shopkeeper pats your shoulder, then leaves the shop. You are left with your four "childish" colleagues.

You: We've got the whole day, so why don't we try everything?

The four of them look at each other. They smile when they hear your neutral reply and nod in tacit understanding.

Luke takes the lead and opens the door. The sea breeze carries the scent of the sea and the sunshine instantly envelops all of you.

You lock the café doors behind you and begin your seaside holiday together.

You believe you'll always walk ahead together like this in the future, whether it be for work or leisure.
