Carl is a surgeon from the Kingdom of Svart who holds the rank of Count in Svart's nobility. He was friends with Vyn Richter when Vyn lived in Svart. Carl is in his early thirties and has neatly groomed blond hair.[1]
Carl gives the impression of having a fairly carefree life, boarding The Pluto simply out of boredom during his trip to Stellis and reacting with horror at the details of the crimes aboard the ship.[2]
