▌New Fieldwork - Advanced Case Feature

• After the update, the Reputation for Fieldwork will be upgraded, and Attorneys will be able to take on Advanced Cases. Attorneys who have attained Level 25 Basic Reputation in a specific region will unlock Advanced Cases in that region. Challenge Advanced Cases to level up Advanced Reputation, and unlock <Fresh Series> Outfits, S-Chips and other honorary rewards for free.

▌Main Story SR Card Added to Permanent Shadow of Themis

• Vyn "Bustling Dream" will be added to Permanent Shadow of Themis after the update. Tears of Themis can be used to draw this card.

▌New Card Upgrade Material Added in Friendship Badge Exchange Shop

• After the update, Logic Impression I, Empathy Impression I, and Intuition Impression I will be available in Friendship Badge Exchange Shop for exchange.

▌New Achievement Tasks

• After the update, 30+ new tasks will be added to the Achievements system. Attorneys can view the newly added achievements and the corresponding rewards in the Task - Achievement interface.
• Please take note of the new "Link Email" tasks under the Achievement Tasks system. To obtain the rewards, Attorneys must log in to the game again after email linking is complete.

▌New Review Selection Feature

• After the update, Attorneys can select the number of reviews to perform in a debate level after tapping on Review.

▌New Invitation Random Display Feature

• After the update, Attorneys can proceed to "Personal Info - Switch Invitation" interface to select the Invitations for random display, up to a maximum of 8 selections. Attorneys can also head to "Switch Invitation - Change Setting" to choose the switch frequency (Daily/Login) and switch method (In order/Random).

▌New Item Bulk Usage Feature

• After the update, Attorneys can choose the number of Selection Star, Selection Chip, and Potential Chip to exchange after selecting the item. This makes it easier for Attorneys to exchange for different types and quantities of items at any one time.

▌New Starred Mail Feature

• After the update, Attorneys can add a star to messages in their Mailbox and mark them as favorites. Starred mail will be sorted in order of their time of posting. Attorneys can also filter their normal mail and starred mail for easy navigation. Note that the maximum amount of mail that can be stored will be counted separately once this feature is available. The maximum number of starred mail that can be stored is 200.

▌New Playable Video Feature During Resource Download

• After the update, Attorneys can watch event PVs when downloading resources. By default, the video will be played on vertical screen. Attorneys can switch to horizontal screen or close the video and return to the original loading screen.

▌New Archive - Puzzle Category

• After the update, the new category "Puzzle" will be added to the Archive. Pictures from past puzzles will be moved from the "Illustration" category to the new "Puzzle" category. Attorneys can use a certain amount of S-Chip to unlock unowned puzzle pictures. Tap on a locked puzzle to check its corresponding available period. In addition, a new Puzzle Collection Progress will be added under the Personal Info segment. A new "How to Obtain" guide will also be available in "Archive - Illustration" for easy reference.

▌Optimized Furniture Collection Progress

• After the update, the number of decorative furniture in a lounge set that is placed in the same position will be combined and counted as 1 piece. Furniture Collection Progress under Personal Info will also be optimized.

▌Improved Tears of Themis Display Position

• After the update, Attorneys can check the number of Tears of Themis available in the "Inventory - Items" while staying on Shadow of Themis page.

▌Optimizing Material Acquisition Reminders

• When Attorneys are performing multiple Reviews from the card evolution interface to obtain the materials needed, Reviews will end once the required amount of materials has been reached, and there will also be a new notification summarizing the amount of materials obtained. In addition, when Attorneys are heading to a level that isn't open on the day, a new indicator will be shown above the targeted level to help Attorneys locate it.

▌Optimizing Inventory Categories

• A new "Collectibles" category will be added to the Inventory. Attorneys' Birthday Presents will be moved to the "Collectibles" category after the update.

▌Other Adjustments

• Improved ""How to Obtain"" guide for Upgrade materials.
• Fixed the abnormal display issue of the number of upgrade materials drops obtained during Anomaly levels. Normal acquisition of items is not affected.

▌"From Dawn Till Dusk" Event Shadow of Themis

• After the update, Attorneys may proceed to the "From Dawn Till Dusk" Event Shadows of Themis to draw cards. Choose 1 card out of 20 past SSR cards to receive increased draw rate, and your selected card will be guaranteed within the first 80 draws. The Trace of Tears Exchange Shop will also be available for a limited time, where Attorneys can use Trace of Tears to exchange for Tears of Themis - Limited (can be used in Anniversary Event Shadow of Themis), past event R cards, Stellin, and other items.

▌"To My Beloved" Time-Limited Total Purchases

• After the update, accumulate certain amounts of Total Purchases to receive the limited Vyn SSR "Under the Tea Tree" and its card fragments, limited Namecard ""Shadow Embossed - Under the Tea Tree,"" Tears of Themis - Committed, Stellin, and more.

▌1st Buy Bonus Reset

• 1st Buy Bonus will be reset after the update. Purchase a Gem pack for the first time to obtain an equivalent number of S-Chips.

▌"Surfing" Themed Outfits Limited-Time Sale Available at Cosmetics Shop

▌New Rookie Bonus Content and Passage of Time Event Permanently Available

• After the update, new Attorneys can obtain Moment of Encounter SR of their choice item ×1 (original Rookie Check-In Bonus remains unchanged) upon completion of Rookie Tasks. • Attorneys who registered an account before the update will activate the Passage of Time event upon entering the game. Complete the event tasks to obtain Moment of Encounter of their choice item ×1, S-Chips, and other event rewards.

• Log in from after the update to 2023/7/20 23:59 (UTC+9) to receive 4 anniversary special calls from the male leads.

▌Male Leads' Max. Affection Level Increased

• Male Leads' max. Affection Level will increase from 30 to 35. Raise the Affection Level to receive S-Chips as a reward.

▌Main Story Luke SR Card Added to the Permanent Shadow of Themis

• After the update, Luke "Notches on the Heart" will be added to the Permanent Shadow of Themis, and can be obtained from there.

▌Anniversary Special Event "Moonlit Eve" Coming Soon

• After the version update, Dreams of Childhood Event will be available for a limited time. Complete limited-time tasks to obtain the event-exclusive badge, S-Chips, and other rewards. ▌Birthday System Update

• Starting 2022/10/13 00:00 (UTC+9), a new Birthday System will be launched with all-new Birthday Surprises and exclusive Birthday Presents available. Attorneys can go to the in-game Mailbox to receive Birthday Encryption Key ×2. These Birthday Encryption Keys can be used to change your set birth date to experience the Birthday System, then back to your real birth date once more. Log in to the game on your birthday to receive a total of 4 Birthday Presents. Each present will contain Tears of Themis ×1, Energy Drink Family Pack ×1, and skill level-up material for the respective male lead. Stay tuned to official announcements for more details.

▌New Returner System - "Return to Stellis"

• The "Return to Stellis" returner system will be available after the version update!
• During the event, Attorneys may claim the Reunion Gift after reading the reunion letter, and choose any of the male leads to unlock the event-limited fully-voiced story "Rekindle Warm Memories." You may review the story on the "Reunion Memory" page, where you can also read the reunion stories of other male leads. Please refer to official announcements for more details.

▌"Daily Sign-In" Full Sign Reward Adjustments

• Starting 2022/10, "Daily Sign-In" Full Sign Reward will be adjusted as follows:
  • Monthly Full Sign Reward will increase from 100 to 200 S-Chips;
  • Monthly Card Bonus Reward will increase from 200 to 300 S-Chips.

▌Mall Interface Improvement

• After the update, the overall interface of the Mall will be optimized. "Mall - Monthly Fund" will be added as a sub-category, and the "Monthly Card" and "Investment Fund" sections will be redirected into "Mall - Monthly Fund". The interface of "Mall - Packs" will also be optimized, so that more packs can be displayed on the same page for Attorneys to choose from.

▌Main Story SR Card added to Permanent Shadow of Themis

• Marius "Under the Silence" will be added to the Permanent Shadow of Themis after the update. Tears of Themis can be used to draw for this card.

▌New Auto Mode for "Fieldwork - Special Consultation"

• After the update, Attorneys can set the number of cases (not including Lawsuits) to put on Auto Mode in the subsequent "Special Consultation" events to save time and energy. Moreover, Attorneys can view the newly-added Lawsuit List on the event page to know the number of cases to be completed to trigger a Lawsuit.

▌Main Story Episode 6 A Vicious Cycle (II) Japanese Voices Partially Available

• After the version update, parts of the Japanese voice-over for Main Story Episode 6 A Vicious Cycle (II) will be installed. Check it out in-game!

▌Blossom Chapter Audio Resource Download Optimization

• After the version update, the audio resources of Blossom Chapter Episode 1 will be retained, while a Download/Delete option will be added for the audio resources of Episodes 2 to 4.

▌Other Adjustments

• Added "Batch Purchase" feature for Mall Packs
• Optimized the "Insufficient Gems" reminder by adding a "Recommended Purchase" button for one-off purchase of recommended items
• Added "How to Obtain" for cards not owned in the Archive, so Attorneys can tap any past event card to know how to obtain it.
• Optimized the description of Daily Privileges on the Monthly Card Bonuses page
• Optimized BGM choice of interactive invitations. After setting an Invitation from the "Visit" series, selected Outfits will have the option to choose between the Outfit's BGM or the default BGM
• Optimized Stellis Task Tracking by adding an indicator for tracking a task across different zones or floors within a map, so Attorneys can pinpoint the task location more quickly

▌Notification of Future Japanese Voice Implementation

Dear Attorney,

Thank you for supporting Tears of Themis. Due to the long-term impact of the pandemic, considering the safety and work schedule of the voice actors and the staff involved in the recording, our operation team has decided to prioritize the installation of some Japanese voices after giving careful thought. At the same time, in order to ensure the voice quality of the new content in the future, we will give priority to the installation of the Japanese voice in the Card Stories, Voice Calls, Interactive Stories, Invitations and other systems. Please note that Japanese voices will not be installed in the Main Story and Event Main Stories. Players can also switch to other voice-over languages to experience the story. ▌New Event

• The new Secrets of the Tomb Event is set to begin on 2022/4/29. During the event, Attorneys will set off on a desert adventure and complete tasks to obtain event-limited Invitations, Badges, R cards, and other rewards. The event Shadow of Themis will also be available at the same time, with 4 event SSRs receiving a probability rate-up.

▌"Oasis Reveries" will soon be available

• After the version update, Attorneys can unlock Reveries to obtain the Namecard, limited-time Invitation Background, Tears of Themis, and other great rewards.

▌Event Cards and Probability Increase

• After the 2022/4/29 update, the "4 SSR Event Shadow of Themis" will take on a new form (other Event Shadow of Themis, Shadow of Themis - Permanent, and Shadow of Themis - Rotation will not be affected)
• Probability Explained:
  • The 4 event-limited SSR cards in this event will be split into 4 Shadows of Themis. Each male lead will have 1 individual Shadow of Themis.
  • There will be a total of 4 Event Shadows of Themis in this event. Each Shadow of Themis contains one event-limited SSR card and 3 of the corresponding male lead's other SSR cards. The probability of drawing the event-limited SSR card is 1%. (The total probability of drawing SSR cards is 1.6%.)

• Attention:
  • One event-limited SSR card is guaranteed within 100 Visions.
  • The guaranteed count is shared among all 4 Shadows of Themis. Every Vision you draw from any of the "Secrets of the Tomb" Event Shadows of Themis will be included in the guaranteed pity count for one event-limited SSR per 100 Visions. Once you hit 100 Visions, you will obtain the event-limited SSR of the male lead whose Shadow of Themis you are currently drawing Visions from. Obtaining non-event-limited SSR cards will not reset the guaranteed count.
  • The guaranteed count for this event Shadow of Themis will not carry over to any other events.

▌New "After Story" Feature

• The "Secrets of the Tomb" event SSR cards will have the "After Story" feature, which is about what happens after the card's story ends. Attorneys can unlock "After Story" interactions after reading Story 6. These interactions include conversation topics and Intimate Interactions.

▌New Event Shadow of Themis Discount Feature

• A new discounted Visions feature will be added in the "Secrets of the Tomb" Event Shadow of Themis. Attorneys can consume 8 "Tears of Themis - Limited" and/or "Tears of Themis - Sandsong" to draw 10 Visions at once. This discount can only be used 4 times, and is shared between all 4 Shadows of Themis.

▌New Cosmetics Shop

• A new "Cosmetics" tab has been added to the Mall. From now on, Outfits, Invitations, Backgrounds, and other limited-time discounted cosmetics will be available in the Cosmetics Shop.

▌New Review Feature

• After the event update, a new Review feature will be added. This enables Attorneys to complete debate levels quickly and save time while doing Tasks. The "Review" button will be unlocked after clearing a level for the first time. The Review function can be used on the following levels: Legal Studies, Anomaly Levels, and selected Event Levels (eg. Home Improvement). This feature will not affect the pre-existing Auto-Debate feature. The Rewards screen will also display a summary of what was obtained from each Review, so Attorneys can check their rewards more easily.

▌Headquarters Max Level Increased

• After the update, the maximum level for NXX Headquarters will be increased from 16 to 20. The maximum Confidence Level of the Study Room will be increased to 100. The excess Headquarters EXP of Attorneys who have reached Headquarters Level 16 before the update will be used to level up NXX Headquarters, up to a maximum of Level 20. A new skill will also be added to the Study Room, requiring Confidence Level 50 to unlock. The skill's effect increases the Influence of all cards.

▌New Idle Power Saver Feature

• After the update, a new "Idle Power Saving" feature will be added. Attorneys can proceed to "Settings" to activate it. When the game has been left idle for over 15 minutes, it will enter the Idle Power Saver state, which automatically lowers the mobile device's power usage.

▌Main Story SR Card added to Permanent Shadow of Themis

• Artem "Choice" will be added to the Permanent Shadow of Themis after the update. Tears of Themis can be used to draw for this card.

▌New "Quick Analysis" Feature

• The "Quick Analysis" feature will be added to the Headquarters File Room. When there are cases awaiting analysis in the File Room, Attorneys can tap one button to automatically assign cards to all available cases. This will save time and make it easier for Attorneys to perform Case Analysis without having to manually assign cards to each case.

▌New "Full Sign Reward"

• After the update, when Attorneys complete Daily Sign-In for a full month, they will be able to claim a certain amount of S-Chips as the Full Sign Reward. Attorneys with Monthly Card privileges active can claim an extra bonus amount of S-Chips as their Monthly Card Full Sign Reward.
• Attorneys who do not have Monthly Card privileges active can still claim the Monthly Card Full Sign Reward if they purchase the Monthly Card within the same day.

▌New "Daily Sign-In" Feature: Extra Sign-In

• After the update, Attorneys can obtain Sign-In Slips by accumulating Activeness in Weekly Tasks. Sign-In Slips can be used for Extra Sign-In to make up for missed days in the monthly Sign-In. Each Extra Sign-In will consume Sign-In Slip ×1. Extra Sign-In will grant the basic Sign-In reward, which will not be affected by Fortune.

Missed Monthly Card Daily Sign-In rewards cannot be obtained via Extra Sign-In. Sign-In Slips will expire some time after they are obtained, and will be converted into Stellin at a rate of 1:1000.

• ※Attorneys who have already claimed their Weekly Tasks Activeness Rewards between 4/4 04:00 (UTC+9) and the 4/29 update may be unable to claim the newly-added Sign-In Slips. • A new birthday entry area will be added to the Personal Info's Namecard interface. Set your birthday in the Birthday feature to receive a Birthday Surprise on the day of your birthday. You may select a character to spend your birthday with you. Not only will he prepare a birthday surprise, but he will also have an exclusive birthday present just for you. ▌New Fieldwork Feature

• After the update, the Decks on the main screen will be changed to the new Fieldwork button. Players can access Legal Aid in Fieldwork to complete jobs in different areas of Stellis to receive Case Reports and Reputation Ratings. Players can also receive "Casual" Set Outfits, Namecards, and many rich rewards from Fieldwork. Case Report Exchange Shop will also be added to the Mall - Exchange Shop. Here, players can exchange for card level up material, card skill level up material, and other rewards.

▌New Visit - Chat Invitation and Chat Switch Feature

• Complete Personal Story 01-01 for the corresponding characters to claim "Visit" Invitations at Task - Main Story. A new Chat Switch button will be available on your main screen after you've changed to the "Visit" Invitation in the Personal Info interface.Players can use this shortcut to head right to the interaction content to increase your Affection with the corresponding character. Interactive games and outfit changing features will also be added to the Chat Switch function for your convenience.

▌New Outfit Changing Feature

• A new Outfit Changing feature is added to Visit - Chat. Players can receive free "Casual" Outfits from Fieldwork to change the character into. New voice-lines and animations will be available when wearing "Casual" Outfits. Stay tuned to future announcements for more new Outfit details.

▌New Background Changing Feature

• After changing to the "Visit" Invitation in your Personal Info interface, a new Change Background button will be available in the Chat Switch function. Players can tap on the Change Background button to change the background of "Visit" Invitations.
• "Visit" Invitation Dynamic Background Packs will be available for a limited-time at a discount price after the update on 10/13. You can also complete the "Reach Affection Lv.3 for any character" task in Task - Main Story to receive the "Central Business District" background.

▌New Achievement Feature

• Players can view the newly added achievements and rewards in the Task - Achievement interface. There are more than 80 new achievement tasks and a total of more than 2000 S-Chips waiting for you!

▌New Weekly Tasks

• Players can view the newly added weekly quests and rewards in the Task - Weekly interface. Weekly Tasks will be refreshed every Monday at 04:00(UTC+9).

▌New Namecard Feature

• A new Namecard feature is added to the Personal Info interface. Players can complete tasks in Fieldwork to receive Namecard rewards and change your Namecard in the Personal Info interface.Your Friends List will also be changed to reflect your new Namecard change.

▌Personal Info Interface Upgrade

• The Personal Info interface has been adjusted and improved. An all new badge display area has been added and the Collection progress area has been improved. Players can now display more badges and view the number of collected furniture and Invitations. The buttons of some functions have been moved to a more convenient location

▌Debate Presentation Improvement

• Bonus effect details can now be viewed during a debate. Tap on the corresponding icons to view the effects and details of the bonus effect. The Defense display has also been improved during a debate. Players can now see the Defense bonuses of a card more directly.When using cards that increase Defense during a debate, 4 different types of animated shields will be triggered. A white shield icon means all defenses are increased, while the other colors correspond to the Defense towards Empathy, Logic, and Intuition to improve the display of attribute counters and strategies

▌New Reset Function for Anomaly Level

• After the update, players can use S-Chips to reset the chances of Anomaly Level attempts. You will gain 3 debate chances per reset. The cost of using S-Chips to reset will increase starting from S-Chip ×20 for the first time of the day to a maximum of S-Chip ×60 per reset. There are no limits to how many resets you can perform a day.

▌New Ways to Access Legal Studies

• After the update, players can use S-Chips to access Legal Studies that are not available on that given day. Each use will cost S-Chip ×20. Availability will be reset every day at 04:00(UTC+9).

▌New SSR Card Vision Animation Replay Function

• After the update, a new animation replay button "OP" will be added to the top right corner of the SSR card interface. Attorneys can tap on the button to view the animation that plays when drawing the SSR card.

▌New R Card Upgrade Material in the Exchange Shop

• Players can head to the Mall - Gift I Exchange Shop to exchange for R card upgrade materials: Vision Star R, Equalization Star R, Mind Star R, and Infinity Star R.

▌New Base Switch Button

• A new switch button has been added to the bottom left corner of the Resource Requisition and File Room interface. Players can now switch between the two interfaces more conveniently.

▌Card Upgrade Item Name Improvement

• Item names of SR card upgrade materials Vision Star II and Equalization Star II have been changed to Vision Star SR and Equalization Star SR. Item names of SSR card upgrade materials Vision Star III and Equalization Star III have been changed to Vision Star SSR and Equalization Star SSR to improve distinction and searchability.

▌Debate Feature Improvement

• Debate speed 1.5× has been added. After the update, the default debate speed will be 1.5×.

▌Name-Change Key Available in the Mall

• The Name-Change Key will be available in Mall - Pack - Permanent after the update. Each player is limited to a total of 2 purchases.

▌New Monthly Card Expiration Reminder

• A countdown reminder will appear in your Mall - Gem - Monthly Card when your Monthly Card is near expiration. You will also receive a Monthly Card expiration reminder in your Mailbox. When your Monthly Card has expired, a blue dot reminder will appear on the Mall.

▌Mall Monthly Card Interface Improvement

• The original Monthly Card information on the Pack - Permanent interface will be combined into the new Monthly Card page under Mall - Gem, improving the convenience for viewing Monthly Card privileges and Privilege Packs.

▌First Purchase Location Adjustment

• A new Purchase Bonus button will be added to the left of the main screen, making it more convenient for players to view the First Purchase rewards.

▌Other Adjustments

• Rookie Tasks will be moved to Events after the update. Rookie Attorneys can find Rookie Check-In and Rookie Tasks by tapping Rookie Tasks in the Event interface.

Important Notice on Future Japanese Voiceover and Content Update

Dear Attorney,

The severity of the Covid-19 situation in Japan has significantly affected the Tears of Themis Japanese dub schedule. Parts of the Japanese language voiceover may be missing from subsequent updates as a result. Attorneys can freely switch to any of the voiceovers in the other languages if needed.

In subsequent updates, we will gradually patch in the Japanese language voiceover files that were unable to be released alongside the other content. This process will be dependent on the situation in the world at the time. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused and have given all Attorneys Tears of Themis ×10 as compensation. Please claim the rewards in your in-game mailbox before it expires at 23:59(UTC+9) on May 22. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding! We hope all Attorneys will take care and stay safe.

We have also received feedback from Attorneys regarding the update schedule of the Main Story and Personal Stories.
