Summary

Following up on Zallie's swapped pills, Vyn confirms with the staff of the Pluto's infirmary that Lowe Lear has recently purchased warfarin, an anticoagulent, as well as empty capsules that match the color of Zallie's medication prior to last night's swap. The Main Character determines that Lowe swapped some of Zallie's medication for warfarin. The two go on to determine that Lowe had quickly realized the cause of Lynne's absence on this trip and, seeking vengeance for Zallie's treatment of him, incited Rio to discover the truth for himself, knowing the anticoagulent would make even the slightest physical confrontation fatal.

Presumed Cause of Zallie's Death III

Zallie had taken Warfarin before so his blood clotting was already compromised. His head was hit which led to an expansion of the wound and internal bleeding, hence his death.

How Lowe Lear Swapped the Capsules

Lowe Lear ground the Warfarin into powder, put it into his vitamin capsules, and swapped them with Zallie's medications. After the incident happened, he went back to Zallie's room and swapped the capsules back.
