Overview

Contract Dispute: When Mark borrowed money from a bank, he used Nigel's home property as collateral in the mortgage contract. Later on, the bank never claimed the mortgage and the loan was never repaid. However, because of the mortgage, Nigel cannot sell the property for twenty years. Arguing that the mortgaged property couldn't fulfill the economic utility, Nigel hired Themis Law Firm to remove the mortgage.
