Evidence Description (Spoilers)

Gerard's prior criminal record.

Based on the case file, Gerard had many records of theft and fraud. As he was a minor, the police could only warn him and ask his guardian to educate him.
The file also contains an inquiry record, which proves that Gerard was accidentally injured in a conflict between Nurse Harper and a patient's family member, Macho King. He was trying to protect the nurse. During this incident, Gerard didn't fight back or overreact.
