The Abyss
The Abyss is an underground pub located in the Stellis Industrial Zone. The identity of the pub's owner is a mystery.
The bar is said to be a place in which many shady deals in the entertainment industry take place, including the sale, loan, pawn, and trade of money, secrets,[1] illegal items, drugs,[2] and assassins.[3] Some of the substances known to be traded here include tetrodotoxin and potassium cyanide.[4] The establishment keeps security on site to deal with late debtors and pressure them into handing over blackmail material in exchange for more time to avoid a more physical reminder.[5]
The bar's proprietor describes Abyss as "the place where dreams come true" and will attempt to help any who come to him no matter what they seek, even if what they seek is information about his other dealings.[6]
Transactions at the Abyss are sometimes marked with an crescent moon ornament painted with a gold tip. The ornament has the letters ABY carved in the bottom, possibly leading unrelated interested parties to investigate.[7]
