Summary

One of Lowe Lear's neighbors, a high school girl named Mia, observes Luke and the Main Character leaving Lowe's home and nearly calls the police, but the two convince Mia they're friends of Lowe's and question her. Mia lets slip that she's not supposed to talk about Laura Lear being Lowe's sister, discloses that Laura's health seemed fine when they left the area four years ago, and discusses the drastic change in Lowe's personality since his childhood. She also gives a tip that Lowe frequented the Legend Bar in the Industrial Zone.
