Summary

Yvonne Wright lets Luke and the main character back into the house to talk. Luke manages to calm her down, and she allows the pair to question her, revealing that Irvin Soong's residence had been broken into by Ian Johnson on September 12 the year before and that Yvonne had witnessed the immediate aftermath Jasmine Kenders' accident but refused to stop and help due to a sour relationship with the woman.

1. The paper mill paid reparations to the villagers for the water contamination, but each household only received a few thousand dollars.
2. On Sept 12th of last year, Irvin Soong caught Ian Johnson burglarizing his home and sent him to the police station.
3. After midnight on Sept 12th of last year, Yvonne and Iker Lance witnessed Jasmine Kenders' car accident on their way home from visiting their daughter in the city. Seeing Jasmine Kenders stumble out of her car bleeding, Yvonne didn't think she needed help and stopped Iker Lance from stopping the car to help.
5. Yvonne has never met Hugh and she doesn't know that Jasmine Kenders adopted him.
